Individual Online CBT ​

• £80 per session (up to 50 minutes)

• Sessions are conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams for your convenience.

Working from Crawley, West Sussex and currently offering only video CBT nationally within the UK, through Microsoft Teams.

 

All sessions are up to 50 minutes long and will require you to have private and uninterrupted space (no public spaces or when driving etc.).

Concession rates

​

I understand that therapy is an investment in your psychological sell-being. Reduced rates are available for students, those on lower incomes and for NHS/Public services.

£60 per session (up to 50 minutes)

Specialised Therapy

​

For complex or highly specialised therapy needs, including PTSD and OCD:

£90 per session (up to 50 minutes)

Process

 

Below is a step by step guide as to what to expect when you make contact:

 

Step 1:

 

Make initial contact with some details of the problem and await response from therapist.

​

Step 2: 

​

Phone triage/assessment and suitability for CBT therapy.

 

Signposting if necessary.

​

This is up to 30 minutes initial phone call to assess the difficulties and explore treatment possibilities. This call will allow us to get to know each other a little and to discuss practical things such availability, fees and payments. 

 

Step 3:

 

If CBT is appropriate form of therapy, then treatment sessions will be arranged collaboratively.​

I work with a variety of insurance providers and is registered with The Private Practice Register on The Healthcode website.
